Ms. Nili Lesnik
Chief Executive Officer, Aurum Group
Prior to joining Aurum in 2012, Nili was leading the major campaigns in Europe and Australia for Elbit Land and C4I Division in Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ESLT), a Multi-Domestic Defense Electronics Company. In addition, she served as a consultant for the subsidiary companies in Elbit Systems Group providing high level commercial support with emphasis on cutting-edge procurement methods that were assimilated in local and international marketing business processes.
In 2006 Nili completed 16 years of service in the IAF, retiring as a Lieutenant colonel. She held numerous professional positions in the IAF Budget Department including the Head of Planning & Economics Division and as the Head of Sales Division. Nili holds a B.A. in Economics and a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Ben-Gurion University.

Dr Dan
Gelvan
Managing Director of Life Sciences
Dr. Dan Gelvan is a seasoned life-science executive who before joining Aurum Ventures managed GammaCan International, Inc., a development-stage pharmaceutical company. Previously, Dr Gelvan founded and managed Zetiq Technologies, a drug discovery company specializing in cell-based high-throughput screening for novel anti-cancer drugs. Dr Gelvan founded Zetiq after leaving a senior position in Clal (Israel) Ltd., one of Israel's largest holding conglomerates. Dr Gelvan holds a PhD in Business Economics from RUC in Denmark, and a BA and MA in Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Dan is an experienced lecturer of corporate finance and entrepreneurship. Dr Gelvan was a member of Israel's National Committee for Biotechnology for an extended period of time.

Eyal
Navon
CFO
Eyal Navon joined Aurum Ventures MKI in 2005. Eyal brings with
him 15 years of experience in senior financial and investment
management, as well as strong Venture Capital experience. Eyal
is actively involved in due diligence, value assessment, financial
engineering , transactions and M&A activities. Eyal works
closely with the portfolio companies on all financial issues.
He manages Aurum's financial investments and is a member of the
AIG-Israel investment committee.
Prior to joining Aurum Ventures MKI Eyal served as CFO at Aurum-SBC
Ventures that invested in the communications and IT industries.
Prior to that, Eyal served as senior analyst and treasurer of
the Aurec Group, one of Israel’s largest private groups.
In a previous position, Eyal was senior economist at Yozma, a
financial and business consulting company.
Eyal holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. with great honors,
specializing in finance and marketing, from the Hebrew University
in Jerusalem.

Michal
Bineth – Horowitz
General Counsel
Ms. Michal Bineth – Horowitz joined Aurum at 2006 and handles
all legal matters relating to the Aurum group of companies, the
various investment transactions and supports the portfolio companies
on various legal issues.
Prior to joining Aurum, Michal Bineth – Horowitz was General
Counsel to the Elul Group, a technologies and logistics oriented
services group of companies, and practiced law at M. Firon &
Co. advocates in Tel Aviv.
Michal Bineth – Horowitz has an L.L.B. from the Hebrew University
in Jerusalem and an M.B.A. from the Recanati School in Tel Aviv
University.
